What problem does it solve? Internet link or short webinar video training employees on being resourceful to their department. As state employees become complacent through the years. Employees need training on “how they” can make a difference. What is your solution and who does it apply to? A solution to ensure employees can be resourceful with providing, and pertaining the (right) information within their job responsibilities. A short training video (30 mins.) emailed annually or twice yearly within that department that provides customer care and/or service within that Division. What is the anticipated impact? Training would impact and benefit employees working in customer care by giving them a solution on how to handle day to day responsibilities. It helps morale and direction for the employee. It would impact both the employee(s) and the department.
