What problem does it solve? We work at a state agency that directly serves the public. Many times we have to check multiple sources or network with others in order to get the information needed to assist our customers. If there was an interactive site (similar in structure to what is available for our customers), with keyword search and chat features, we could work smarter: be more efficient and better serve more customers. What is your solution and who does it apply to? The solution is a better designed intranet system with search and chat capacities. The solution applies to all state agencies, especially those that directly serve the public. What is the anticipated impact? The impact would be to provide real time resources and answers to our customers---the public.
