What problem does it solve? minninizing office space so people are working closer together What is your solution and who does it apply to? This would apply to all state offices. There are too many empty offices in the state buildings. The solution would be to take those empty offices and rent them out to corporations. What is the anticipated impact? The impact is that the State would be able to collect rent form the companies that rent out the floors or the offices, and be able to add that money to the state's income
