What problem does it solve? Creates the real identity of the person you are conducting business with. What is your solution and who does it apply to? NJ registers so many professions but has no standard ID card for the licensee to wear. All licensed professions should wear a standard ID card whether you are a Doctor, Home Improvement Contractor, Home Aide, Accountant or anyone licensed/registered by the State of NJ. Licensee/Registrants would have to prove their identity at a NJ operated center to obtain the ID card. What is the anticipated impact? Every person licensed/registered in the State will have accurate information for the consumer. They will know who they are, where they are from and the license/registration is active.
