What problem does it solve? It would save money by eliminating the need for a NJ first committee, at least working monthly. What is your solution and who does it apply to? State employees who were employed prior to the NJ First legislation should be able to move out of state without petitioning the NJ first committee. What is the anticipated impact? There would be no need for the committee to exist other than for new employees and could eliminate the need to meet monthly and thus save money. In addition, it would add to the overall satisfaction of the workforce and the feeling of support of the current administration.
